Treatments

At your first visit, for all therapies, you will receive a free 10 to 15 minute consultation. The consultation sheet will record your medical history, past/present injuries and other physical conditions we should be made aware of. You’ll be asked what you hope to gain from the treatment and together we’ll decide on your individual treatment plan.

The therapist will advise you whether of not you need to undress depending on your treatment. You will then be left alone to undress and / or make yourself comfortable on the treatment bed or chair. At all times during your therapy your modesty will be respected and only the part of your body being worked on will be uncovered at any one time as necessary.

Gentle music will be played during your treatment to help you relax.
